A Receipt is for one transaction and can be requested by chatting or emailing the Success Team. We will pull the receipt from our payment processor to send to you.
An Invoice is for our clients on an Invoice Payment Plan. We will load credits into your account and at the end of the month we will send an Invoice for the actual usage and amount owed to RocketPost. Invoices will come from the RocketPost Accounting Team.
A Billing Summary can be found for the Account Owners by toggling over your user alias in the right-hand corner and selecting "Billing Summary". This will give you a breakdown on all purchases that took place during a given time period.
