Can I Delete or Archive Templates, Groups, and Audiences?

Unfortunately, we do not have the ability for clients to archive items on their end, but we are working towards that solution in the future!

However, if your account starts to feel overloaded with Templates, Groups, and Audiences then reach out to the Success Team via chat or email for an Account Clean Up. Please rename all of the items that you wish to be deleted “Do Not Use” to help us complete the Account Clean Up in a timely and organized fashion.
